Enjoy More of Your Outdoor Space
A screen enclosure makes it easier to enjoy outdoor living in Florida without constantly dealing with mosquitoes, bugs, leaves, grass, and debris. For homeowners with pools, it also helps keep the water cleaner and cuts down on the everyday maintenance that comes with an uncovered outdoor space.
PAZ Construction builds custom screen enclosures with options ranging from traditional designs to modern panoramic-view enclosures. Homeowners can also choose upgrades such as stainless steel fasteners for longer-lasting durability, no-see-um screening for smaller insects, heavy-duty Super Screen, and privacy screening for added comfort and protection around the lower portion of the enclosure.
We make the entire process simple by handling the design, engineering, permitting, materials, and construction from start to finish. Our screen enclosures are built on-site so our team can make precise cuts and adjustments to fit the home properly rather than relying on a pre-fabricated structure.
Once engineering and permitting are complete, most standard screen enclosures can typically be built in about three to seven days.
PAZ Construction builds screen enclosures throughout Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Lehigh Acres, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

Before you build
A few good questions.
Have a question about your property? Call PAZ to discuss the details.
Can PAZ build a new screen enclosure or pool cage?
Yes. PAZ works on screen enclosure projects, including pool cages. The layout and scope depend on your home, existing surfaces, site conditions, and project requirements.
Do you offer rescreening and screen repairs?
Yes. Tell us what needs attention and share photos if you have them. PAZ can discuss whether the project involves screen repairs, rescreening, or a broader enclosure scope.
Can the enclosure be part of a larger outdoor project?
Yes. PAZ coordinates connected exterior work. Let us know if your plan also includes a covered patio, pavers, gutters, lighting, or other improvements.
