Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains how PAZ handles information connected with BuildWithPaz.com, website inquiries, and the project discussions that follow. It describes the information we receive, how it is used and shared, and how to contact us with questions or requests.

Who we are

PAZ Ventures LLC, doing business as PAZ Aluminum, operates BuildWithPaz.com. PAZ Construction is the customer-facing brand used on this website; registration of the PAZ Construction DBA is in progress. In this policy, “PAZ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PAZ Ventures LLC.

For privacy questions, contact info@BuildWithPaz.com or 239-426-7880.

Information you provide

We receive the information you choose to provide when you request an estimate, send a message, or communicate with us about a project.

  • Homepage estimate form: name, phone number, ZIP code, and service needed. Email and a short project description are optional.
  • Contact and Quote form: name, email address, and message. The subject is optional.
  • Follow-up communications: the details you include in emails, calls, or other project communications, such as the job location and the work you would like to discuss.

You can leave optional fields blank. If you do not provide enough contact or project information, we may be unable to respond or prepare an estimate.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry. Share only project information you are entitled to provide.

Information received automatically

When you visit the website, your browser sends technical information to the services that deliver its pages and resources. Depending on the service and its settings, technical records may include your IP address, the date and time of a request, the page or file requested, browser or operating-system information, and the referring page when your browser supplies it.

These records can be generated even if you do not submit a form. Hosting and website services use technical information to deliver content and support site operation, troubleshooting, and security. Cookies and external font requests are described below.

How we use inquiry information

We use contact and project information to respond to you, understand the work you are considering, prepare or discuss an estimate, and communicate about project next steps. If the inquiry becomes a project, relevant information may also be used to coordinate the work and keep related business records.

Website form notifications are delivered to PAZ’s business email. If you provide an email address, it can be used as the reply address so we can respond directly.

We do not currently add website inquiries to automated marketing email or text campaigns. No such campaign is currently established. Submitting an inquiry is not a separate signup for an automated marketing campaign.

Website and email services

Our website is hosted with Namecheap and uses WordPress and WPForms software to operate its inquiry forms. Email is delivered through Namecheap Private Email, with forwarding to Gmail for PAZ’s inbox workflow. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services, including website requests and inquiry messages.

The site uses WPConsent for cookie-preference controls and TranslatePress for its language selector. Project images and the homepage video are served from BuildWithPaz.com.

Some font files are requested from Google’s font-hosting service. When your browser requests those files, Google receives technical connection information, including your IP address and browser request details. This is a separate connection from submitting a PAZ inquiry.

You can read more in Namecheap’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy.

Cookies and your browser choices

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in your browser. Website features may use cookies or similar browser storage to support operation or remember preferences. Forms also use spam-prevention checks.

You can revisit the cookie choices offered on this website through its cookie-preference control. You can also use your browser settings to block or remove cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some website features, and removing them may reset preferences.

Changing cookie choices does not delete information you have already submitted to PAZ. Browser cookie settings also do not, by themselves, prevent every type of technical connection described in this policy.

Google Analytics is configured through the site’s MonsterInsights plugin and is subject to the cookie-consent choices managed through WPConsent. This does not mean that hosting logs or the other technical requests described above are absent.

Project information shared for work

When needed to quote or carry out work, we may share relevant project details with suppliers or trade partners. We generally share the city or general job location. An exact job address may be shared when needed for quoting or work logistics.

We do not provide customer names or phone numbers to suppliers or trade partners as part of this project-detail sharing.

We do not sell or share customer lead lists, and we do not upload customer details to advertising audiences.

We may also need to disclose information to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process.

Our website includes links to other services, including Google reviews and AI-assistant websites. If you follow a link, your activity on that service is governed by its own privacy practices and terms. Review those policies before submitting personal or project information there.

How long information is kept

We have not established a fixed retention schedule for inquiries and customer records. Information may remain in PAZ’s email and business records after an inquiry or project ends.

Retention needs can vary with the type of information, whether an inquiry becomes a project, ongoing communications, project or warranty matters, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This policy does not promise automatic deletion after a particular period.

You can ask us to review information you previously provided, including a request to delete it. Some records may need to be retained because of legal requirements or unresolved project matters.

Information security

No website, email service, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Our inquiry forms and ordinary email are intended for project discussions, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through them.

If you believe information you sent to PAZ has been misused or you have a security concern involving this website, contact us using the details below.

Children

This website describes construction and home-improvement services for an adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the website, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Questions and privacy requests

Email info@BuildWithPaz.com or call 239-426-7880 to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or ask us to review a deletion request. You can also tell us how you prefer to be contacted about your inquiry.

John Perez personally handles privacy questions and requests for PAZ.

Describe your request and provide enough context for us to find the relevant communication, such as the email address you used and the approximate date of your inquiry. Do not include passwords, identification documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Before disclosing or changing personal information, we may need to verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. We will review requests in light of the applicable legal requirements and the records involved. Legal rights and any required response periods depend on the law that applies to the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, services, or information practices change. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. For a material change, we will provide a notice on the website or another appropriate notice, and obtain consent when required by applicable law.
