Make Your Lanai More Comfortable Year-Round

A screened lanai gives you a comfortable place to enjoy Florida weather without dealing with mosquitoes and other bugs. For homeowners without a large backyard or pool area, it can be one of the easiest ways to create a usable outdoor living space for relaxing, reading, entertaining, or simply enjoying the breeze.

Many homes already have a covered lanai that can be screened in without major construction. When the weather cools down, homeowners can open the doors and let fresh air move through the house while the screened lanai and front entry help keep insects outside.

PAZ Construction offers several customization options, including standard screening, no-see-um screen, Super Screen, stainless steel fasteners, oversized four-foot doors, double doors, and decorative custom screen doors with a variety of designs.

For most existing covered lanais that do not require a new roof, the process is straightforward. Engineering and permitting needs depend on the scope of work and local requirements. Many installations can be completed in a single day once scheduled.

PAZ Construction installs screened lanais throughout Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Lehigh Acres, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
